I’ve grown up at Annstead, our family run cattle, sheep and arable farm
situated near Beadnell, on the spectacular Northumbrian coast and am a
country girl through and through. We currently have around 120 cattle, 700 sheep & 4 hens.
Since leaving school and college I’ve worked at home helping my family
on the farm and run the holiday accommodation business, but have always
fancied doing something of my own.
I love baking so decided to invest in “The Lazy Cow” and see if anyone
would like to buy my cakes, instead of eating them myself or feeding
them, for free, to my family!
